The Museum Mercantile at the entrance to the San Joaquin County Historical Museum has snack items, water, and sodas for sale, but we recommend that you bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the majestic Valley Oaks of Micke Grove Regional Park.  There are picnic facilities throughout the park.  You can also bring your picnic onto the Museum grounds (but to preserve the historic artifacts, not into the exhibition buildings).

If you didn’t bring your lunch with you, you can visit the Tree Top Café at the entrance to the Micke Grove Zoo, a short distance southwest of the Museum.  There is also a snack bar/grill at the Micke Grove Golf Links immediately south of the Park.

For restaurants in the area check with the Lodi Visitors Bureau and the Stockton Visitors Bureau.
