About Us

The San Joaquin County Historical Museum is located outside of Lodi, California. It was established in 1966 through an agreement between the County of San Joaquin and the San Joaquin County Historical Society. The museum has over 40,000 square feet of exhibit and work space. Our collections have grown from a few hundred items from the estate of William G. and Julia Harrison Micke to over 50,000 items representative of the development of San Joaquin County agriculture and history.
